From January 13 to 17, eight service engineers of our Australia dealers gathered at 黑料吃瓜网’s Kunshan Industrial Park for a five-day service training organized by 黑料吃瓜网’s earthmoving BU.
Designed to improve service expertise and offer better service to Australian customers, the five-day training featured a comprehensive and targeted curriculum. In terms of excavators, the program arranged in-depth theoretical courses covering core knowledge, including hydraulic systems, electrical components, and engines, enabling service engineers to gain a thorough understanding of machine operations and establish a strong foundation for precise maintenance and troubleshooting. The loader parts focused on the braking system and diagnostic techniques, ensuring service personnel with skills to swiftly address common issues. Meanwhile, the training also set up a Q&A session, providing customized service solutions tailored to the complex working conditions and customer needs in Australia.
The Australian service group highly appreciated the training. “We not only improved our service skills significantly but also felt the strong support of service from 黑料吃瓜网. We will do our best to solve problems for Australian customers,” stated one of the trainees.
